We are looking for a talented Lead Generation Manager to play a pivotal role in growing our customer base. This is a 100% remote position.
Your key accountabilities and responsibilities:
- Identify potential leads across diverse geographic regions and industry niches that align with our services.
- Conduct comprehensive research to understand the needs, pain points, and requirements of each lead, enabling personalized engagement strategies.
- Create and implement targeted lead generation campaigns via LinkedIn and email, ensuring a high response rate and engagement.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they meet our ideal customer profile, maximizing the efficiency of our sales efforts.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with leads, providing them with valuable information and resources to guide them seamlessly through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate closely with the company’s sales representatives to align lead generation efforts seamlessly with our overarching business objectives.
- Facilitate seamless transition of leads to the sales representative and coordinate in-person meetings to nurture relationships effectively.
- Provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategies.
Your skills and qualifications:
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency with excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the software development or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of the software development process and technology trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and lead management tools.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decision-making.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
